On the 7th floor of Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi, SÉZANNE introduces a dynamic dining journey in the heart of Tokyo. Discover classically rooted modern French cuisine by Michelin starred Chef Daniel Calvert, complemented by Pastry Chef Elwyn Boyles’ repertoire of beautifully balanced desserts. The interiors speak a language of relaxed luxury, brought to life by acclaimed designer André Fu, with our show kitchen offering intriguing glimpses of the cooking process.
SÉZANNE 1st Year Anniversary Event
On July 31, 2022, Natsuko Shoji, Asia’s Best Female Chef and owner of été, one of Tokyo’s most-exclusive and loved French fine dining restaurants, will host a collaboration with Michelin-starred chef and culinary visionary Daniel Calvert at SÉZANNE.
Celebrating SÉZANNE’s first anniversary, the four-hand collaboration will feature specialties from both restaurants with an exclusive lunch and dinner menu, priced at JPY 63,000 per guest (inclusive of tax and service charge).

Bread at SÉZANNE
Made from Hokkaido corn, renowned for its sweetness, the corn sourdough at SÉZANNE traces a meticulous route. After being slow-dried for a week, the kernels are plucked from the cob to make polenta, then naturally leavened with a homemade yeast created by Chef Daniel several years ago. The deep-hued, corn-flecked loaves are paired with a salted and beautifully cultured fresh butter from Brittany.
